1) initial consultation fee waived if patient decides to proceed with treatment plan prescribed during the free consultation session on the same day

2) Patient to pay a deposit for subsequent treatments as recommended by the doctor, if they are unable to undergo said treatment the same day.

3) Rescheduling of subsequent appointments is at the consulting dentist's discretion.
