2) Patient to pay a deposit for subsequent treatments as recommended by the doctor, if they are unable to undergo said treatment the same day.

3) Rescheduling of subsequent appointments is at the consulting dentist's discretion.

Imperial Dental Specialist Centre (IDSC) being an accredited internationally well known leading dental specialist centre by Malaysian Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) which located at Bangsar has invited international hotels nearby IDSC into the business collaboration in the Marketing Plan of 2016. Our hotel partners will be reserving an amount of hotel rooms for IDSC all year long with the best and lowest rates to the IDSC patient. The booking is just as simple as sending an email to the hotels to find out your secret prices to secure a booking with notifying them you are the IDSC patient. Upon checking out from the hotel, patient will just need to show them the treatment billing from IDSC to get billed with the secret prices. This will ease the planning and booking of overseas travelers' dental holiday trip.

- All room reservations must be made directly through the hotels and not a third party websites.
- Confirmation is subject to room availability.
- Room reservations are held till 4.00pm unless the hotel is advised of the arrival time and the room is guaranteed with an accepted credit card or deposit card.
- All accounts are to be settled by cash or credit card upon check out.
- Failure to prove yourself as IDSC patient will be charge for the hotel room with published rate.
