2) Patient to pay a deposit for subsequent treatments as recommended by the doctor, if they are unable to undergo said treatment the same day.

3) Rescheduling of subsequent appointments is at the consulting dentist's discretion.

I was put onto Imperial thru another company I was using, not for dentistry. My experience with Dr. Raymond Su Wei Siong Was so comfortable and well advised of everything occurring or that I could experience while having both general dental work and teeth whitening.
