Being from Australia, on a non-resident we were anxious about our appointment. It got off to a rocky start with my wife’s treatment taking on a direction we did not direct. However, to your credit matters were rectified (by Dr. Arlena) in a very professional and patient manner. It changed our extremely worried view to one of being in good hands.

If I want to provide any advice I would suggest that the initial consultation was too hurried, more time needed to be spent on a full explanation and implications of the proposed treatment.
