How are you? I hope you are very well. Sorry I haven't sent you my testimony sooner I got busy and kept meaning to.
Here is my testimony:
Thank you to everyone at Imperial Dental Specialist Centre for your expertise and service. My experience at your clinic was the best experience I have ever had getting dental procedures done. I couldn't believe how quick and pain free everything was. I had teeth extracted, dental implants and crowns on all my upper front teeth and I didn't feel a thing. Even the recovery was surprising and I believe this came down to the excellent dentistry skills. Dr How's credentials, knowledge and years of experience say it all, and can guarantee that you are in the best of hands.
Dr. Arlena is amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough. Dr. Arlena takes the time to explain properly what is needed and is quick, skilled, gentle and efficient in her work. Dr. Arlena is a fantastic dentist and is truly an asset to Dr. How's clinic. Dr. Kong was also great and took the time to listen to any of my concerns. The dental assistants and front desk staff are also very attentive, respectful and caring, in particular Priscilla is lovely.
For any prospective international patients, language is not a problem as all staff and doctors speak English perfectly.
At first I was scared and uneasy about getting overseas dental work done but I'm now so happy that I did go through with it and I certainly picked the best clinic to come to.
The clinic is immaculate, very professional, clean and better than any Australian surgery by far. Any future dentistry I ever need will be done at Imperial Dental Specialist Centre.
A big thank-you to everyone and I look forward to having my implants completed on my return.
